Main Objectives of the Foundation

• To work with the eye-care organizations and other children’s NGOs in India for the elimination of avoidable blindness by provision of equitable and affordable services.
• Rehabilitation of visually challenged persons through development of appropriate policies, quality standards advocacy, training and promotion of best practices with a special emphasis on the poor and marginalized sections of society and under- served areas.
• To provide and organize training courses, special programmes to impart training, education and employment opportunities to marginalized (under privileged) individuals for charitable purposes.
